Terms and Conditions

Payment terms 30 days net.
Soluza | oracle license store retains full ownership of the goods until full payment of the invoice including tax is received.
All received orders are subject to management approval and if the approval is not granted soluza | oracle license store has the right to cancel your order.
By electing to pay on Bamk Transfer, in submitting your order, you have confirmed that:
- Your order complies with your company's purchasing policies
- You are authorized to place orders on behalf of your company
- Your company has committed to submit payment in accordance with the payment terms which are 30 days net.
First year support is included in your soluza | oracle license store invoice (if applicable). Second year support will be invoiced by Oracle directly.
Soluza | oracle license store can not be held liable in any way for any damage that occurs from buying software from us, nor can soluza | oracle license store held liable for any licensing related issues.
Additionally, I have taken notice of the following Oracle Corporation (Global) policy's:

For all orders below EUR1.500/ ≈US$1,850/ we have a minimum order charge of EUR20/ ≈US$24,50 (may change depending on currency rate).
