Matching Service Levels Policy

Oracle's Matching Service Levels Policy is relevant when placing orders with us (or others).
Per Oracle's Matching Service Levels Policy, all licenses in any given license set must be supported under the same technical support level (e.g., Software Update License & Support or unsupported). If you currently are under contract to receive support for previously acquired licenses in the same license set as the licenses ordered under this order, then you could be in violation of the Matching Service Levels Policy and you may be required to terminate unsupported licenses.
As a default we would sell licenses with Software Update License & Support. If you decide to remove Software Update License & Support from your order, please be carefull with the Matching Service Levels Policy.
